None of us imagined Facebook or Instagram previously, since we are not Marc Zukerberg.  In the future, we might see totally different type of new media with different devices!! Everyone will still have cell phones in the future, but we will not bring them in the future. I believe this will be the key factor of future new media.  

We will bring a watch and if you click a button hologram will show up and tell you everything you want. In this type of future, all new media platforms will be integrated and have more options. But most huge difference will be this!! when you will have a chance to experience others video as you are there. you where a special glasses and go to the new media platform and click the video, you can feel as same as video publisher.

I have edited Kpop section little bit. I noticed nothing is specifying Kpop entertainment companies and added section for Kpop entertainment. 

I also learned that many companies are built on P2P architecture and i will add another section for Business companies which is built on P2P architecture.

1. What is file sharing?

File Sharing allows people to share their files on the internet. According to the Choi's report Government created internet to share the information. File sharing is one way to share the information as well. (Choi)

2.What is P2P File sharing?

P2P stands for Peer to Peer. This is an architect which allows people to  interact each other for sharing or selling their files on the websites without any third party. (investopia) P2P file sharing can help people to share their files through the internet without any involved company, It just allow people to download others' file on down loaders drive easily. For this way people can share or fine their files such as music, video and movie easily (Choi)

Blog: Privacy

New Media is a brilliant place where people can communicate about the topics and have a discussion. Also, it helps to formulate strong connections with other people, but there is one problem that new media is facing: Privacy Issue. Privacy is big issue. Last year Facebook allowed one private company to access their database inappropriately. This was big issue and they were regulated by EU. This should not be repeated, and on the other hand this matters bring up worrisome about new media platforms. Are we safe with new media platforms? In research on the digital devices. new media platforms are also collects our data from our activities. They know which communities we are at, who we like most and even what kind of communication we are having. But what we they can not protect our privacy? or, using or selling our data inappropriately? Confidentiality is the key that new media platforms should have. Even though new media platforms are good places to benefit users, it can not be more efficient with out confidentiality.

Blog: Advice

If i can give some advice to the Baruch College's usage of the new media, i want to point out the active status of Baruch College account. They do use new media platforms , but they are not really active and people don't even really notice we are having new media accounts. Baruch college uses new media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. But they do not post any schedule of events or any big issues when they are happening. Baruch College needs to increase their budget to hire someone keep posting and make their new media platform active. Also, They are using new media platform only informing student, not to communicate. On good perspective of using new media is it allows people to communicate easily through new media platform. 

If i will hire by Baruch College for new media, I  would use it for communicating with student. This will be a lot of jobs, but it is most effective way to make the new media account active.

HW Creativity

Social media makes people more creative and keeps evolving. in this post i'd like post about people who posts many videos on the Youtube, popular video sharing platform. when Youtube first came out, people didn't expect that posting vidoes on the Youtube can make some money and it will be one person's job. However, as people post many videos on the Youtube, they realized it can make some money in the future. 

According to HP, during three months in 2007 600,000 videos were posted on the Youtube. At this point in 2018, it would be much more than 600,000 (HP) and most famous Youtuber makes 4 millions net total in a year (BA). 

How Youtube can be this big? Every Youtuber had to be differentiate each others from their competitors to make more money. This made them to be more creative. when you go to Youtube, you can see many different types of video such as music, movie, entertainment, Mukbang: you eat food and talk at the Video and sports. How people can think eating food on the video can make some money? It would be impossible without Youtube.
